Mayor and Deputy Mayor Bow to the Steps of the Corporation

The newly elected Mayor of the City Corporation, Mangesh Pawar, and Deputy Mayor, Vani Vilas Joshi, assumed office today.
From the day of their election, both of them personally met and expressed gratitude to those who supported their selection.
Even this morning, after meeting several senior party leaders, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor entered the city Corporation.
A noteworthy aspect of their entry was that before stepping inside, both bowed in reverence to the steps at the entrance.
Afterward, they thanked the staff and proceeded to their respective offices.
City council members were present during the oath-taking ceremony.
